Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by Keystone South SF Asphalt Paving - whether by phone, email, or in person - is not a binding contract. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was assessed, additional work is required, or material costs change before the project begins.

A written, signed contract is required before any work begins. Do not proceed based on verbal estimates alone.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and permit timelines. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to rain, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already been mobilized or materials have been ordered. Your written contract will specify the applicable cancellation terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your written contract. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Failure to pay in accordance with the agreed schedule may result in a work stoppage and additional fees.

All payments are due in the form and by the deadlines specified in your contract. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a returned check fee. Overdue balances may be subject to late charges and collection proceedings.

Warranty Disclaimers

Keystone South SF Asphalt Paving warrants that the work performed will be completed in a workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards for asphalt paving in California. Any specific warranty terms, including duration and covered defects, will be stated in your written contract.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Ground movement, soil settlement, or seismic activity beyond normal expectations.
• Tree root intrusion or vegetation growth under the surface.
• Loads exceeding the design capacity of the paved surface.
• Damage caused by vehicles, equipment, or chemicals not disclosed prior to the project.
• Failure to maintain the surface in accordance with our recommendations after completion.

The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone South SF Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the performance of services.
